I try my best to keep it local as much as possible... It doesn't just come from three companies, it contains three products: corn, wheat, SOY. My new headache is that soy is literally in every product on the market and I am beyond allergic. I can't even find shampoo or lotion! If there isn't soy, there is vitamin E with soy oil or some other soy derivative. I am just ITCHY and annoyed and wondering why all damn soy, and why products with soy aren't labeled SOY.
Speaking of yogurt, though... have you tried Rachel's brand? THE BEST... the grapefruit lychee is amazing stuff :)

Also, isn't it weird how we can go into any supermarket in winter and buy a tomato?
